‘Taxi’ is Michael McCartney’s second single off his 2020 EP Series and the title track from his Debut EP ‘Taxi’. Having been in the vaults for over two years, the timing finally feels right for McCartney - the self produced, Gold Coast based artist. A song inspired by the moments before the ugly light on, this tune pushes you and feels familiar both at once. With mix duties by Konstantin Kersting (Mallrat, Tones & I) and key-scapes by Ian Peres (Jarryd James, Matt Corby, Ruel) it’s got some heavy hitters contributing. Have a listen below.
